Happy March everyone! This Sunday UBC Smart City was pleased to have Mr. Chris Sainsbury National Lead for Smart Cities at KPMG Canada come in and give us a wonderful presentation on smart cities in practice. Chris gave us multiple mini presentations on a range of ‘smart’ technologies that are transforming how we live and work and gave us many insights on current and future trends, and guidance on some of the most pressing challenges that are yet to be solved.
Although the presentation was held in a close-knit environment to facilitate dialogue, Mr. Sainsbury has been kind enough to allow us to share his presentation slides for others who are interested in the topic. A big thanks to our speaker for coming out to meet the team and for sharing the slides!
